  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or sale events, processing time may extend by an additional 3–7 days due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

These are estimates and may vary depending on logistics partner timelines and local restrictions.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Promotional Free-Shipping offers may apply from time to time.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

If tracking details are not visible after 48 hours, please contact us.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If unreachable or the delivery is refused:

  • The package may be returned to us, and
  • Reshipping charges may apply for a second attempt.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

ISYA Jewellery will not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability at the location
  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received

Customers are requested to verify the address carefully before placing the order.

8. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.


9. Damaged or Missing Items During Transit

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share order details and clear photos and unboxing videos of the package and product

This will help us investigate the issue with the courier company.
