Thank you for shopping with ISYA Jewellery. We value your trust and strive to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be accepted.

No Refund Policy -

Once an order is successfully placed and the payment is completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind - Wrong product ordered,  Found alternative pricing elsewhere,  Delay caused by courier or logistic partners, Customer did not like the product, We request you to review product descriptions, images, and details carefully before placing the order.

Return Policy (Applicable Only for Damaged/Defective Items) -

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or broken upon delivery.

To qualify for a return:

You must initiate a return request within 2 day (48 hours) of receiving the product along with Unboxing Video Proof. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with original labels and invoice. After the 2-day window, return requests will not be accepted.

Share the following details: Order Number, Full Name, Reason for Return, Clear Photos, Unboxing Video and Video of Damage product (All Mandatory).

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the next steps.

Return Approval & Replacement -

Upon successful approval of a damaged/defective return, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability). If the same item is unavailable, we may offer:

Store Credit (In form of Coupon Code)

Exchange with another product of similar value 

Cash refunds are not applicable.

Shipping for Returns -

In case of a valid damage-based return, the return pickup or courier cost will be covered by us.

If the customer returns an item without approval, ISYA Jewellery will not be responsible for lost shipments, nor will such returns be processed.

Non-Returnable Items -

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is not reported within a 2 day (48 Hrs) of delivery

The product is used, worn, or altered

Original packaging or invoice is missing

Product is damaged due to customer mishandling

Customer changes mind or dislikes the item

Order Cancellations -

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
