Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish and long-lasting. However, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, sweat, and moisture may impact durability. Proper care will help maintain the shine and finish longer.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes , Stainless Steel jewellery is generally considered skin-friendly for most people. However, reactions vary depending on individual skin sensitivity.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns only in case of damaged or broken products. Return must be requested within 2 days of receiving the order, along with unboxing video proof. We do not accept exchanges for size or preference reasons.

Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not provide monetary refunds once a purchase is completed. Only replacement or store credit may be provided for eligible return cases.
What warranty do you provide?
We offer a 6-month plating warranty on eligible jewellery items.
Warranty applies only when:
Jewellery is used normally
Care instructions are followed
Proof of purchase is provided
Warranty does not cover damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, improper storage, or physical damage.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timeline:
Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 5–10 business days.
Delivery delays may occur due to courier logistics, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
