The 6-month plating warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects related to plating quality.
Warranty is applicable only when the customer has followed our official Jewellery Care Instructions, provided at purchase and available on our website.
🚫 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not apply to damage or deterioration caused by:
- Exposure to sweat, perfumes, lotions, oil-based products, chemicals, sanitizers, deodorants, or makeup
- Water exposure including showers, swimming, seawater, or steam
- Physical force, bending, breakage, or mishandling
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Loss or theft
- Damage from improper storage
- Scratches, dents, or deformation from external impact
- Alterations or repairs performed by a third party
⚠️ Eligibility Requirements
To claim warranty, the following are mandatory:

✔ Issue store credit if replacement is unavailable
No monetary refunds will be issued under warranty claims.

- Rings & Bracelets are more prone to friction-based wear and require extra care.
- Damage due to stacking jewellery items together or abrasive contact is not covered.
